NO-LICENSE DISTRICTS (RETURN RELATIVE TO LIQUOR SENT INTO, AND CONVICTIONS FOR DRUNKENNESS IN).

Return to an Order of the House of Representatives dated the 11th September, 191.7. Ordered, "That thoro be laid before this House a return showing separately—(l) The number of charges and convictions for offences and the number and ages of persons convicted for drunkenness in no-license districts from the Ist January to the 31st December, 1916 ; (2) the quantity and kind of liquors sent into each no-license district from the Ist January to the 31st December, 1916 : and (3) the quantity of each kind of liquor used for manufacture and for personal use in each no-license district from the Ist January to the 31st December, 1916."—(Mr. Isitt.)
