CHRISTCHURCH POST-OFFICE. OLD PARCELS-OFFICE, HEREFORD STREET (RETURN RELATIVE TO).
Return to an Order of the. House of Representatives dated the 11th September, 1919. Ordered, " That there be laid before this House a return showing—(l) The cost of removing the old Parcels-office, Hereford Street, Christchureh, and the date when tho buildings were removed; (2) tho annual rent paid by the Postal Department for the premises now used for the purposes of a parcels-office ; (3) the term of the lease ; and (4) the cost of putting down the foundations of the new Parcels-office, and the date when the foundations were finished."— (Mr. Ell.) I Return showing (1) the Cost of removing the Old Parcels-office, Hereford Street, Christchurch, and the Date when the Buildings were removed; (2) the Annual Rent paid by the Postal Department for the Premises now used for the Purposes of a Parcelsoffice; (3) the Term of the Lease; and (4) the Cost of putting down the Foundations of the New Parcels-office, and the Date when the Foundations were finished. £ s. d.
