The Native Affairs Committee has the honour to report that at a, meeting of the Committee, held on Monday, the 3rd day of November, the following resolution was unanimously carried : — " That the Committee desires to place upon record its appreciation of the ability, tact, and courtesy displayed by the Chairman, Mr. J.
