Return to an Order of the House of Representatives dated 18th July, 1922. Ordered, "That there be laid before this House a return showing—(l) The estimated market value of the printed books and manuscripts in the Parliamentary Library ; (2) the amount it would cost at present prices to replace (a) the structure of the present buildings, and (6) the fittings ; and (3) the existing fire insurance on each of the above items."—(Mr. Wright.)
