BBPOBTS. Rotorua Borough Bill. The Native Affairs Committee, to which was referred the above-mentioned Bill for consideration of clause 11, has the honour to report that it lias carefully considered same, and recommends that the said clause 11 should form part of the Bill and be allowed to proceed without amendment. 3rd August, 1922.
