Fencing Amendment Bill. The Native Affairs Committee, to which was referred the above-mentioned Bill, has the honour to report that it has carefully considered the same, and is of opinion— (a) That the principle contained in clause 2 is one of which it approves, and recommends to the Government for incorporation in a Fencing Bill ; and (b) that clause 3 should be referred to the Government for consideration. 15th September, 1922.
