Sea Carriage op Goods Bill. The Statutes Revision Committee, to which was referred the above-mentioned Bill, has the honour to report that the said Bill has been carefully considered, and the Committee recommends that it be allowed to proceed, with amendments as shown on the copy of the Bill attached hereto. Bth September, 1922.

Mercantile Law Amendment Bill. The Statutes Revision Committee, to which was referred the above-mentioned Bill, has the honour to report that the said Bill has been carefully considered, and the Committee recommends that it be allowed to proceed without amendment. Bth September, 1922.

Aged and Inpirm Persons Protection Amendment Bill. The Statutes Revision Committee, to which was referred the above-mentioned Bill, has the honour to report that the said Bill has been carefully considered, and the Committee recommends that it be allowed to proceed without amendment. 13th September, 1922. (Referred back to Committee for further consideration.)

Aged and Infirm Persons Protection Amendment Bill. (Second Report.) The Statutes Revision Committee, to which was referred back its report on the above-mentioned Bill, has the honour to report that the said Bill has again been carefully considered, and the Committee recommends that it be allowed to proceed without amendment. 10th October, 1922.

Fencing Amendment Bill. The Statutes Revision Committee, to which was referred the above-mentioned Bill, has the honour to report that, as the principal provisions of the Bill are incorporated in a second Fencing Amendment Bill, the Committee recommends that this Bill be not allowed to proceed. 17th October, 1922.

0 Final Report. I have the honour to report that the Statutes Revision Committee, consisting of thirteen members, has held eleven meetings during the session, the average attendance being six members at each meeting. Nine Bills were referred to the Committee, all of which were considered and reported upon. 30th October, 1922.
