REPORTS, No. 76/23. —Petition of George Thomas Baker, of Brooklyn. Praying that ho should be reimbursed for the money lie expended on medical assistance for his wife, whose illness and subsequent death are alleged to have been due to the insanitary condition of the police quarters he occupied at Foatherston.
