S. Dickson, Mr. Glenn, Mr. Howard, Mr. Kyle, Mr. H. G. R. Mason, Mr. Nash, Mr. J. C. Rolleston, Mr. Sidey, Mr. Veitch, and the mover."—(Right Hon. Mr. Coates.)
