REPORTS. Property Law Amendment Bill. The Statutes Revision Committee, to which was referred the Property Law Amendment Bill, has the honour to report that it has carefully considered same, and recommends that it be allowed to proceed, with the amendments shown on the copy of the Bill annexed hereto. Ist September, 1927.

Bankruptcy Amendment Bill. The Statutes Revision Committee, to which was referred the above-mentioned Bill, has the honour to report that the said Bill has been carefully considered, and that the Committee recommends that it be allowed to proceed, with amendments as shown on the copy of the Bill attached hereto. 4th October, 1927.

Juries Amendment Bill (No. 2). The Statutes Revision Committee, to which was referred the Juries Amendment Bill (No. 2), has the honour to report that it has carefully considered the same, and recommends that, as the subjectmatter of the Bill, with the exception of clause 3, is not appropriate as an amendment of the Juries Act, the Bill be not allowed to proceed in its present form. 6th October, 1927.

Magistrates' Courts Amendment Bill. The Statutes Revision Committee, to which was referred the above-mentioned Bill, has the honour to report that the said Bill has been carefully considered, and that the Committee recommends that it be allowed to proceed, with amendments as shown on the copy of the Bill attached hereto. 17th October, 1927.

Special Report. I have the honour to report that the Statutes Revision Committee desires to place on record itsappreciation of the capable and impartial manner in which the Chairman, Mr. John Mason, has conducted the business of the Committee during the present session ; and further desires that this resolution be recorded in the minutes of the Committee and be reported to the House. Special Report. I have the honour to report that the Statutes Revision Committee desires to place on record its appreciation of the work done during the session by the Clerk to the Committee (Mr. W. J. Organ), and directs that this resolution be recorded in the minutes of the Committee and be reported to the House. 29th November, 1927.

Final Report. I have the honour to report that the Statues Revision Committee held its final meeting on the 28th November. During the session the Committee, consisting of ten members, has held seven meetings. The average attendance of members at each meeting was six. Four Bills—namely, Property Law Amendment, Juries Amendment (No. 2), Bankruptcy Amendment, and Magistrates' Courts Amendment —were considered by the Committee and reported to the House. 29th November, 1927.
