I have the honour to report that at its final meeting the Native Aflairs Committee passed the following resolution : " Resolved, That the Committee desires to place on record its high appreciation of the able and courteous manner in which the Chairman, Mr. Clinkard, has conducted the business of the Committee, and that the resolution be recorded in the minutes and reported to the House."
