Mr. Coates, Mr. Fletcher, Mr. Hamilton, Mr. Hogan, Mr. Jordan, Mr. Munns, Mr. Nash, Mr. Semple, Mr. Smith, and the mover."—(Hon. Mr. Taverner.) Thursday, the 15th Day or August, 1929.
