Depreciation has been allowed for on balance of assets as at Ist April, 1934, the total charge being carried to Depreciation Reserve. Credit has been taken without appropriation for services rendered to Internal Affairs Department, Marine Department, and Land and Income Tax Department. (2) No charge for the cost of exchange on payments made in London is included in the account. E. D. Good, Comptroller of Customs.
