Featherston County Water-race Districts Validation Bill. The Local Bills Committee, to which was referred the above-mentioned Bill, has the honour to report that it is a Local Bill; that the Standing Orders have been complied with; that the rights and prerogatives of the Crown are affected, as certain of the water-races mentioned in clauses 2 and 3 pass over portions of Dyer and Moroa Settlements respectively. That the Committee recommends that the Bill be allowed to proceed, with the amendments as shown on the copy of the Bill annexed hereto. 16th October, 1935.

Wellington High Levels Tramway Empowering and Amendment Bill. The Local Bills Committee, to which was referred the above-mentioned Bill, has the honour to report that is is a Local Bill; that the Standing Orders have been complied with; that the rights and prerogatives of the Crown are not affected. Nelson Waterworks Extension Bill. Wellington City Empowering and Amendment Bill. The Local Bills Committee, to which was referred the above-mentioned Bill, has the honour to report that it is a Local Bill; that the Standing Orders have been complied with; that the rights and prerogatives of the Crown are affected, as the lands proposed to be exchanged between the Wellington City Corporation and the Wellington College Board of Governors constitute parts of public reserves and are subject to the provisions of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928. That the Committee recommends that the Bill be allowed to proceed, with the amendments as shown on the copy of the Bill annexed hereto. 18th September, 1935.
