Petersen. and Whangaparoa caused through the vessel encountering a Peninsula gale of unusual severity after she had rounded Cape Colville, and that the casualty and resulting loss of life was not contributed to by the wrongful act or default of the Master or any of his % crew or of the owners ; no order was made as to costs „ 23 Huanui, m.v. ; 27 years..
