Praying that his salary as an officer of the Post and Telegraph Department be reinstated as from date of degrading, and that he be granted the increments and grading to which he would have been entitled had such degrading not taken place. No. 293/1936,— Petition of Ethel Cosgrove, of Devonport. Praying for an allowance in lieu of the widow's pension. I am directed to report that the Committee has no recommendation to make. 10th November, 1937.

I am directed to report that the Committee has no recommendation to make, and is of the opinion that the petitioner should apply under the provisions of section 62 of the Public Service Superannuation Act, 1927, for an increased allowance. 10th November, 1937.
