XV. Appreciation The Board again expresses its appreciation of the action of the Government in paying salaries of staff and rent of Board's offices. The Board also desires to express its grateful appreciation of the services of thousands of voluntary workers throughout New Zealand, and also to members and secretaries of Provincial Patriotic Councils and executives of all expending agents, without whose assistance the work of the Board could not have been carried out.
