STATE FORESTS ACCOUNT—continued REMARKS (а) £4,500 provided on main estimates. Additional amount required to cover the expenses of one officer who, whilst availing himself of a rehabilitation bursary, will study forest economics in the United Kingdom, Sweden, and the United States of America. (б) £11,270 provided on main estimates. (c) £3,570 provided on main estimates. Additional amount required to cover cost of reprinting publications and for greater utilization of outside printers to bring arrears of printing up to date. (d) £4,400 provided on main estimates. Additional provision required on account of transfers being more numerous than originally anticipated and costs greater than expected on account of delays in securing housing for officers. (e) Expenditure under these items is governed largely upon the availability of labour and materials, and the adjustments being made herein are arrived at as a result of experience gained since the beginning of the financial year.
