(a) Provision to cover Public Works charges in connection with planning and erection of post-office buildings. Two years provision to overtake arrears. Increased provision required to cover cost of transit housing, hostel, and urgent temporary post-office and workshop accommodation. (c) £425,000 provided on main estimates.
