The Hon. the Minister of Internal Affairs, Wellington. The National Patriotic Fund Board has the honour to present it seventh annual report and balance-sheet for the year ended 30th September, 1946. 1. Introduction The expenditure of patriotic moneys by the Board and its agents during the year showed a very substantial decrease on the four previous years. This was a natural corollary upon the return of a large number of Service personnel from overseas and the reduction in strength in New Zealand.
