REPORTS Contributory Negligence Bill I have the honour to report that the Statutes Revision Committee has carefully considered the Contributory Negligence Bill, and has directed me to report the same with the amendment shown in the copy of the Bill annexed hereto. 23rd July, 1947. Matrimonial Causes (War Marriages) Bill I have the honour to report that the Statutes Revision Committee has carefully considered the Matrimonial Causes (War Marriages) Bill, and has directed me to report the same with the amendments shown in the copy of the Bill annexed hereto. 30th July, 1947. Magistrates' Courts Bill I have the honour to report that the Statutes Revision Committee has carefully considered the Magistrates' Courts Bill, and has directed me to report the same with the amendments shown in the copy of the Bill annexed hereto. 20th August, 1947. Patents, Designs, and Trade-marks Amendment Bill I have the honour to report that the Statutes Revision Committee has carefully considered the Patents, Designs, and Trade-marks Amendment Bill, and recommends that the Bill be allowed to proceed without amendment. 13th November, 1947. Statute of Westminster Adoption Bill I have the honour to report that the Statutes Revision Committee has carefully considered the Statute of Westminster Adoption Bill, and recommends that the Bill be allowed to proceed without amendment. I was further directed to report that the Committee unanimously expressed to the Law Draftsman its appreciation of the service rendered by him in the preparation of the explanatory memorandum which accompanied the Bill. 13th November, 1947. New Zealand Constitution Amendment (Request and Consent) Bill I have the honour to report that the Statutes Revision Committee has carefully considered the New Zealand Constitution Amendment (Request and Consent) Bill, and recommends that the Bill be allowed to proceed without amendment. 13th November, 1947.
