(3) That the rights and prerogatives of the Crown are affected, in that clause 6 deals with certain lands the revenue from which the Greymouth Harbour Board is endowed with but the title to which is vested in the Crown. (4) That the Committee recommends that the Bill be allowed to proceed, with the amendments as shown on the copy of the Bill annexed hereto. 20th August, 1948.
