Article 105 Annexes The annexes to this Charter form an integral part thereof. Article 106 Deposit and Authenticity of Texts Title and Date of the Charter 1. The original texts of this Charter in the official languages of the United Nations shall be deposited with the Secretary-General of the United Nations, who will furnish certified copies of the texts to all interested governments. Subject to the provisions of the Statute of the International Court of Justice, such texts shall be equally authoritative for the purposes of the interpretation of the Charter, and any discrepancy between texts shall be settled by the Conference. 2. The date of this Charter shall be March 24, 1948. 3. This Charter for an International Trade Organization shall be known as the Havana Charter.
