Treaty for the mutual surrender of fugitive criminals.% Signed at Panama 25 August 1906 ; ratifications exchanged 7 August 1931 ; terminable after notice not exceeding one year and not less than six months. Treaty for the mutual surrender of fugitive criminals.% Signed at Asuncion 12 September 1908 ; ratifications exchanged 30 January 1911 ; terminable after notice not exceeding one year and not less than six months.
