voting against the resolution asking the International Law Commission to study the problem of an international judicial organ. The voting on this resolution was 43 to 6 with 3 abstentions. The convention, the text of which may be found in Appendix 111, was opened for signature on the last day of the Assembly meeting, and was signed by twenty-one member States.
