Londos, April 12. : The London and Dublin Trades and Labor Council j intend to petition for the release of Mr Wilson, Secretary of the Seamen's Union, who was sentenced to six weeks' imprisonment for inciting the strikers at Cardiff to riot. The Government Labor Commission meet m a fortnight. In the House of Commonsi, Mr W. H. Smith moved the following additions to the Commission : --Lord Derby, Sir E J. Harland, Sir C. E. Pollock, Sir W. T. Lewis, Messrs G. W. Balfour, M.P., J. Collings, M.P., W. Abraham, M.P., T. Bolton, M.P., Professor Marshall, Messrs T. H. Istnay, Livesay, Turnstall, H. Plitnsoll, Drew and Hewlett. London, April 13. The police dispersed a meeting of mill hands on strike at Bradford with batons. There is great excitement m the place, and the military are held m readiness.
