THE TROUBLE AT CARNEGIE'S.
Washington, August 3. The officers concerned m the torture of Private James have been arrested on a charge of aggravated assault. It is reported that Frick, manager of Carnegie's works, who was wounded by the Russian Jew, is to be arrested on a charge of conspiracy preferred by the unionists. Carnegie's people are victorious. Sixty strikers are returning to work.
