(Received April 20, 11 a.m.) LABOR MATTERS. Brussels, April 19. Frequent collisions have taken place at Antwerp between the strikers and the military, and most of the engagements have been accompanied by bloodshed. A large cotton warehouse in Antwerp was set on fire by the rioters, and an attempt made to seize a candle factory at Bergebout. The rioters stoned the fire brigade who guarded the building, the brigade fired on the attacking party, killing three of them and wounding four. FRANCE AND HAYTI. Paris, April 19. Commercial relations between France and Hayti have been broken off. THE PANAMA SCANDALS. The Parisian Law Society has suspended MM. Albert Grevy and Renault from practising their profession for three months, owing to their connection with the Panama Canal scandals.
