(Received December 6, 11 a m.) Sydney, December 6. Mr Eidd re-introduced the Local Option Bill. It has been decided by 47 to 45, to retain the compensation clause. The Premier is doubtful if he will be able to prorogue before Christmas. He declares Government have no in tention of dropping the Sinking Fund Bill. The Mining on Private Property Bill has passed the .Legislative Assembly.
