OPENS TO-NIGHT.
It will be hardly necessary to remind our readers thab bins evening will sea the first performance in Auckland of tt arms coiV3 Circus, which arrived from America by the Alameda last week The Company consists of a number of first • rate performers on horse and pony back, gymnasts, clowns, and a troupe of wonderful Japanese performers. There are male and female performers in the ring, including the Harni3ton Brothers, Madame Jinnetta, and Mdlle. Minnetta, and the antics of tho clowns, Simple Simon, Pippino, and Little Barretta, are sure to bo very popular. The performance takes place on the vacant ground near the Drill-shed, off "Wellesley-street.
