COUNTY OF BULLER AND BOROUGH OF WESTPORT DOG REGISTRATION AND HYDATIDS CONTROL COMBINED FEES 1979/80
PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to the Dog Registration Act 1955 and the Hydatids Act 1968 (and amendments thereto) that the Buller County Council and the Westport Borough Council has each, by resolution, fixed the following fees for the period April 1, 1979 to March 31, 1980, on any dog of greater age than three months:
11) ALL DOGS AND SPAYED BITCHES KEPT BY A FARMER OR DROVER for the purpose of herding or driving stock, or used by a DEER CULLER or OPOSSUM HUNTER in his occuption, 5i1.50 each. (2) ALL OTHER PET DOGS and UNSPAYED BITCHES (working or pet), Sl3 each.
NOTE: Pursuant to Section j 32(ai of the Hydatids Control | Act 1959, the hydatids con- : trol fee included within the ! above combined fees has j been set at 510 for ALL ; CLASSES OF DOGS. Collars mav also be purl chased at SI each. PLEASE NOTE: An extra fee of S 5 will be levied for each dog (excepting first registrations) remaining unregistered after April 30, 1979. Buller County dog owners are requested to post their relevant fees to the Dog Registrar, P.O. Box 247, Westport, although they will be accepted at the County office. B. J. MENZIES, County Registrar. T557 CHRISTCHURCH CITY COUNCIL STOPPING OF PORTIONS OF ANTIGUA, THACKERAY, YORK STREETS PUBLIC Notices having been given of the Christchurch City Council’s proposal pursuant to Section 170 (4) (h) of the Municipal Corporations Act 1954 to stop those portions of Antlgua/Thackeray/ York Streets described in the schedules hereto and the time for objections having expired, it is hereby declared that as no objections were received the said portions of street are stopped. FIRST SCHEDULE AU that portion of land containing FIVE SQUARE METRES or thereabouts shown coloured green on Christchurch City Council Scheme Plan No. 1063. This refers to that portion of the eastern side of Antigua Street 0.12 metres wide commencing from the corner splay on the south side of Moorhouse Avenue and extending southwards for a distance of 46.63 metres. SECOND SCHEDULE AU that portion of land containing FOUR SQUARE METRES or thereabouts shown coloured green on Christchurch City Council Scheme Plan No. 1059. This refers to a portion of Thackeray Street extending northwards from the proposed northern boundary of Brougham Street Expressway for a distance of 0.2 metres across the full width of Thackeray Street. THIRD SCHEDULE All that portion of land containing TWENTY SQUARE METRES or thereabouts shown coloured green on Christchurch City Council Scheme Plan No. 1059 (1). This refers to a triangular portion of York Street on the south side of the proposed southern boundary of Brougham Street Expressway 2.80 metres in depth on the west side of York Street tapering to 0.00 metres on the east side.
