VARIATION OF HOURS FOR THE SALE OF LIQUOR

PURSUANT to the provisions of Section 221 A of the Sale of Liquor Act, 1962 and following an application under that same section for a variation of the hours of sale of the licensed premises of Culverden Tavern situated at Culverden it is notified for general information that the Licensing Committee of Hurunui will hold a public sitting at Rangiora at 10 a.m. on February 21, 1979 to consider the application and hear all interested persons. The variations applied for are as under:— To supply liquor in all bars for consumption on the hotel premises between the hours of 11 o’clock in the morning and 11 o’clock in the evening on Friday and Saturday in every week for the period during which New Zealand Daylight Time shall be in force pursuant to The Times Act, 1974 and the regulations thereunder and on Christmas Eve and also authorising it to supply liquor in all bars for consumption on the hotel premises between the hours of 11 o’clock in the morning of New Years Eve and 12.30 o’clock in the morning of New Year's Day.
