Granted for 60 days. Lloyd and others, 90 days, No. I east, Royal Standard reef. Granted for CO days. WATER RACES. Perry and another.—Race to carry four sluiceheads from two miles above Kawarau Station. Objected to by Hueston and another, and by Roddy and another.—License granted. No appearance of the objectors. H. C. Bate (for Victoria Company), from where Logan and party intend to erect machinery for the Cromwell Quartz Mining Lease.—Adjourned for surveyor’s report.
