The adjourned charge of resisting the police while in the execution of their duty at Logantowu, was withdrawn. CIVIL OASIS. M. Connellan v. Mayor and Corporation of Cromwell.—This case was again adjourned for further evidence. Colclough v. Horrigan.—lnformation charging defendant with concealing property stolen from his house. This case was further adjourned, for the attendance of Constable Fleming, who executed the search warrant which had been obtained. Howe v. Manders. —Claim of £7 16s. Judgement by default. A. Anderson, brought up on a charge of being of unsound mind, was remanded to Clyde foexamination.
