Golden Crown made a special trip to the Thames yesterday, leaving the whavf at 10 o'clock. About 70 persons availed themselves of the opportunity to' visit the field. On her return she brought up 150 passengers, The brig Alann, Captain Walker, arrived on Saturday from Newcastle, bringing a cargo of coals. She left on the 12ch, and experienced variable winds throughout the passage. Made Cape Maria Van Diernen on Thursday last. The brig Jane, Captain Westbrook, arrived iv harbour at midnight last night from Hobart Town. Captain Westbrook reports leaving Hobart Town on August 13; had strong IST. W. winds for first five clays, then heavy N.E. gales to the 21st. Experienced favourable winds and fine weather till making the Three Kings yesterday morning at six o'clock. Heavy N.TV. gal ps weie experienced down the coast until arriving as above. The Jane brings a cargo of timber, fru^t, and flour ; and is consigned to H. S. Meyers and Co. The barque Anna left Newcastle with coals the same day as the Alarm, and the brig Gazelle and barque Frowning Beauty were both loading for this port. The p.s. Golden 0' own will leave for the Thames this afternoon at 2 o'clock, and the .Royal Alfred at 5 o'clock. The schooner Clyde, from Whangarei, arrived on Saturday night la3t, after a capital run of nine hours. She brings a cargo of 6 tons gum, 1 ton bran, a quantity of settlers' produce; and two passengers. The barque Bella Mary was to leave Hobart Town for this port on the 16th. The brig Jane passed a barque yesterday off the Three Kings bound in. The sailing of the barque Novelty for Sydney has been delayed till this morning. The barqucntine Prince Alfred, and schooners Onward and Duuedin, sailed on Saturday last for Russell. The cutter Hero, from Tauranga, bring 3 a cargo of 20 tons gum, and sundries.

The cutter Flora Macdonald left the Mannkau on Saturday la3t for Raglan, ivith a cargo of 20 packages, 4 packages sundiios, 1 top. ilour, 30 packages, 42 bags Jlour, 2 cases spirits, 2 cases, 3 bags bone dust, 1 bag sugar, 1 dog, 1 bag wheat, 2 parcels. The cutter Willie Winkie sailed on Siturday last for Waikato, with 2 kegs sugar, 3 bales flax, 3 washing pans, 1 package sundries, 1 cask beef, 1 cask, 1 cask beer, 700 ft. timber.
