I11 answer to a question Mr Lye said he would be quite prejiared to raise tlie question in Parliament and to "fatber" a bill. Tlio cbaniber decided to write to tbe Associated Cbamhcrs asking it to autborise all members to c-nlist tlieiv support towards getting Parliament to take action.
