Tlie explanation that lie had been asked by a man, whose lianie lie did not know, to drive a truck to the Albion Hotel in the early hours of Sunday morning, was advanced by Patrick Josepli Kolly, aged 17, when charged with converting a car to his own use. Accused was ordered to come up for sentence if called upon witliin twelve months.
