The latest smallpox decision in France is tliat until fnrther notice all passengers not producing a certificate of vaccination witliin the last five years, will he handed sanitary passports, meaning tliat they must be under obscrvation and report to the medical authonties in whatevcr towu they are visiting duving a fortnight.
