'i'hoinas" does not yet seem satisfied that tliere is any good in liie or my schemes — poor me, a very sad case. Aiay 1 ask "Mr Tliomas" if he ean name one of my schemes tliat lias proved a failuro after having been put to tlie test? He says cooperation is not always a success, unless you co-operate with tlie right people. Exactly — tliat is wliy I asked "Mr D. Tliomas" to take the joh, knowing full well tliat did he do so all clouhts would soon fade away from tlie minds of liis kindrcd spirits. "Mr Tliomas" still seems anxious to find out tlic minor dctails. These could only he made clear to a mind like his by " practical demcnstration, oft repeated. A most intelligent young man representing tliat very useful paper tlie Daily Telegraph, who carne with the set intention of not having anything to do with my scheme, unless I could. answer all liis questiong in a satisfactory manner, put me through a pretty severe cross-examination. and went away, I helieve, quite satisfied tliat my sc-lieme is workable. To whom it may concern I emphatically declare tliat my scheme is a sound and practical means of doing away with unemployment, and 1 challange "Mr Douhtful Tliomas" or anyone else to prove it is not. — I am. etc..
