Slie carries sledge dogs especially hrought from Greenhill d. and more dogs are being picked up at King's Bav. Oue of the sledees is also equipped with wireless. The first searches will be made between Savilbard and Uranz. Josef Land. Signor Albertini, wlio particinated in tlie Jtalia's expedition as a skiier. will lead tlie expedition in search of tlie six missing men, wlio were carried off when tlie airship strurk tbe ice and the balloon portion drifted efistward. Italian bankers and industrialists provided ti 10 funds witli which the sealing ve^sel Hoiman has bcen purcliased. Piloted hy tlie Norweginn. Captain J aeobsen, tlie notod Arctic navigator, the vessel will proeeed to the northern coasf of North-East Island. Grand Gilles, Victory Tslands, AYvches Islands and tlie liorthern and vvestern coasts of Franz Joscf Land, and ski parties and dog sledges will explore ihe pack ice.
