A mihi sensation lias been caused by tbe abandonment of the publication of an anonymous autobiograpliy of the Kmg, in consequence of the Court's obiection that the details are too intimate. It is understood that the matter has not reached a further stage than submission of the synopsis to reputable publishers by an establishecl agent, to whom the Court's veto was made known. There have been overtures to sell the rights in the Dominions.
