(Eeceived This Day. Noou.. SYDNEY, This day. Ihe shooting of four men took place early this morning at Maroubl'a. The police believe that it is a continuation of the gang warfare by members of the undenvorld. George Gaffney was shot rigbt. through the body, and is not expected to live. Two others were treated in hospital, but refused to give an accouni of the affray. The police state that four or five men attaeked a house, but one oi the defenders used an Army service rifle with deadly effect. A man named Devine has been arrested.
