F1G-HUNTERS STRIKE TROUBLE. SEQUEL IN COURT. At tlie Hastings Magistrate's Court. yc-sterday afternoon, before Mr A. 31. Moxvlem, S.3L, Walter C. Ensor sued J. R. Colbert, W. McKay, T. W. Pcxvley and G. R. . 3!cKenzie for alleged trespass 011 plaintilF's property at Waiwhare station, and £5 damages xvas cJaimed in each case. It xvas explained that tlie defendants had gone on to the property for the purposes of pig-shooting, xvithout permission. Judgment was given for plaintiff for £2, costs £3 6s, in each case.
