HALE-HOUR PERMANEXT MEASURE. TO BE INTRODUCED THIS SESSION. from Our Special Parliamentarv Reporter. WELLINGTON, Tliis day. It is imderstood on good authority that a Government measure will he introduced this session hefore the expiration of the Aet. passed last year, proposing to establish half-an-hour daylight saving during the Summer montlis as a permanency.
