GAINS A NARROW VICTORY.
DUNEDIN, Last night. Before a packed liouse to-night Johnny Leckie (9.2) gained a close decision over Sammy Shack (9.24). Leckie did most of the forcing, but Shack showed wonderful defence and used an effective right cross. Tommy Griffiths was in Leckie' s corner.
