CHRISTCHURCH, Saturday. The round the Gorges cycling race resulted in a win for A. Berrv. with • L. Buckley second, and D. -5. Riehar'dson third. All , aire "Christchurch riders. F. J. Grose (scratch) made the fastest tinui. Grose's time. was 4 hours 46min. 15 secs. ' Berry, the winner, rode a great race and altliough he came in looking very tired he was able to put a spurt orr. to heat Buckley hy a length. The time hroke last vear's record by approximately eight minutes.
