TRAFFIC INSPECTOR' S REPORT. Th'e Hastings traffic inspector reports tliat last month lie inspected no less than 305 dwellings. Seventeen applicants for motor drivers licenses were tested and tliree failed. In connection wtih heavy traffic licenses, tlie issue during the past six months has exceeded the wliole of last year. Three more cases are to c-ome before the •court of persons who were found entering dances in the Assenibly Hall witliout paying the admission charge.
