FIRE PLUG INDICATORS

PULLED UP BY H00DLUMS. REWARD TO BE OFFERED. Cr. R. Henderson, at last niglit's meeting of the Hastings Borough Council, referred to the fact that fire plug indicators had been pulled up in several streets in Hastings and this was causing a great inconvenience to firemen. He suggested that it was the work of lioodlums and moved that the council offer a reward of £5 to anyone giving information concerning persons found interl'ering with these plugs. The motion Avas carried.
