YYELLINGTON. Last _ night.. The Gazette to-night officially an nounces that Summer time will come into effect on Sunday next The clock will then be advanced 30 minutes as from 2 a.m., and will be put back 30 minutes as from 2 a.m. on Sunday, March 16, 1930.
