BRIGANDS MURDER THREE JUDGES. Bulgarian Public Horrified.

SOFIA. Oct. 23. All Bulgaria is horrified at the murder of three judges, including Dr Kuratchoff, president of tho High Court. A notorions band of brigands occupied lonely crossroads and stopped every motor car, plunrlering the cocupants. Discovering three Judges they ordered them to strip to shorts, placed them against a bank ancl shot thercL dead. A fourth judge was spared because he was once lenient to one or the brigands.
